  • The right to erasure does not exist if, in the case of lawful non-automated data processing, erasure is not possible or only possible with disproportionate effort due to the special type of storage and your interest in erasure does not prevail. In this case, the restriction of processing takes place of erasure.
  • Restriction of processing

Before we revoke the restriction, we are obliged to inform you. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if one of the following reasons applies:

  • We no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need the data for the asserting, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • You have withdrawn consent under Article 21 (1) GDPR. The restriction of processing can be requested as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons prevail over your reason.
  • Data portability

  • You are entitled to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as this does not affect the rights and freedoms of others. You have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us. Where technically feasible, you can request that we transmit your personal data directly to another controller.
